Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule 1 on 1 or small group sessions up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session without penalty.

Term skills sessions are non-cancellable and non-reschedulable.
Payment and Refunds

All payments must be made in full prior to the session.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a 1 on 1 or small group session.
Liability

Participants engage in soccer sessions at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during sessions.

It is the participant's responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to participation.
Conduct and Safety

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without refund.
Session Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or instructor availability. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a makeup session or refund.
